Hey everyone, as part of the cross training and onboarding for Chris and I, we are working with seble on a very small patch tomorrow with a couple of small features (nothing ground breaking). We have a few more small things ready but, some of our testing is QA is gated by what stage the world's are in.

Will we kick this off at about 9:30am ET and will result in about 10 minutes of downtime on the site, between 9:30am-10am ET. Below are the patch notes, which we be a part of any and all changes going forward:

Patch notes - December 18th, 2020

New features/changes:

Gridiron Dynasty:

• Added UI functionality to the Recruiting Search Page, that when you are in the ‘Ratings View’ recruits GPA will show up.

• Added UI functionality to the Depth Chart Page, the will show your players potential when making depth chart decisions

SimLeague Baseball:

• Updated recommendations in the Draft Center to recommend 1,400 IP for teams instead of 1,500.

• Updated recommendations in the Draft Center to recommend 5,200 PA for teams instead of 6,000.

• Added a link to the “Advice for Newbies” forum post in the Draft Center to help direct new players to resources to help them understand the basic concepts of SimLeague Baseball

Hoops Dynasty:

• Updated the warning players get when rescinding a scholarship to seem more severe and match the language of the “Redshirt Player” warning.

Fixes:

• None, the issue with the security warning on Chrome Browsers was fixed by Google earlier in the week.

Like I said nothing ground breaking, but this is more a dress rehearsal for Chris and I to do deployments once seble departs. Thanks again!

This is why we do dress rehearsals, ran into a couple of issues, not WhatIfSports related but with our hosting and deployment companies. We are trying again at 3:30pm ET so the outage might occur then, thanks!

Actually the auto-scaling took over and the deploy is already started you should see the patch in the next hour or two.
