Does a job status change as the jobs cycle through? Like will they take me if no one else will?

Only if you are listed as “qualified.” If you’re listed as a “longshot,” it’s maybe a 1% chance you’ll get hired if no one else does.

Nope, though I wish they would and that would make sense to avoid a program taking a Sim as coach and running them into the ground. The status remains unchanged.
