I just finished a season and during that season here are the catchers I used.
Innings caught C era Defensive grades
'07 Kenji Johjima 621 4.565 B+/A/B+
'16 Willson Contreras 560.3 5.590 C/A+/A
'04 Joe Mauer 256 4.641 A+/A+?A+
Team totals 1437.3 4.978
I rotated the three at catcher throughout the season and had the same pitching staff the whole year.
Now, here are the big questions
Does WIS use C era to make some catchers better pitch handlers than others or is Contreras's awfulness a fluke?
Is it connected to the first,(fielding) grade?
Does anybody have a link to a comprehensive list of catchers C era by years?

nothing at catcher. my guess is if you played a catcher at another position it would have an effect.
