The prestige boost you receive for a player being drafted, is this just for the current season or do you get credit for all four seasons in which prestige is calculated?

Correct. Say you were an A prestige in season 1 and had the #1 overall draft pick. When the new season started (after the NBA draft), your prestige would bump to A+. If you don't do well enough in season 2 to maintain that A+ prestige you'll drop back to an A the following season. With 2 separate recruiting sessions you would only reap the benefits of that A+ for RS1.
