I grabbed Maine in Allen and the prestige dropped from C+ to C. Should this be taken out (ideally) when the job process is reworked?

If you take an A+ team that you are barely qualified for (for example) , it should not stay A+

i think selling it as a new coach prestige penalty is a little off - plenty of times there's a boost. it depends on the qualifications of the new coach, which get factored into prestige when the coach joins the program.

I only take rebuilds where the prestige is bottomed out so there is no way this can affect me. Muhahahahaha
