Benefits of taking over Dayton:
- Currently only a C- prestige, so nearly every D1 coach should qualify, I imagine nearly every D2 coach would qualify, and maybe even a handful of D3 coaches.
- Will be stacked with solid seniors and juniors, so the team will be pretty good this season. I’ve done the “take over a horrible team, suck for a few seasons, then be kinda good” work for you!
- Don’t like my current players? There will be plenty of open scholarships in the coming season to rebuild the team your way, but with a bit of a jump start on prestige building.
- Fun conference that is moderately filled for a mid-major.
