There's a pinned link above entitled "Guide to 3.0" or something like that. It's a little older but still relevant and useful. It breaks down the different topics within recruiting and I believe it gives an example of how to approach it.

Start there and come back with some specific questions and I'll sure you'll get several coaches to help you out.
