It would be nice if the commissioner had the ability to mass trade chat the world. Being able to select several people at once to send a message to would be very helpful.

I am not a Comish, but i would imagine that this would be helpful. Especially in Worlds where there is a veteran's committee. How about a reply to all option for non-Commish owners as well???

Just speaking for myself here but I am much more likely to pay attention to a trade chat notice than checking the wc every day.

Agreed! Trade chat notifications would be great also the way we can get them when there is a sitemail.
