My 25th round pick was not scouted well enough to see his ratings. Asking for 2.6MM and to be drafted in the first 5 rounds. Try to sign or waste of 2.6MM?

Are you playing IFA market? If not and you still got cash what else you gonna do with it other than potential trades? If you are playing IFA, wait til IFA period is over and then sign him if you have funds left.
