1. Add a withdraw and return button;
2. If I offer contracts to three of the same type of coaches (I.ei HiA hitting coaches), it would be nice to rank them. This way if I'm the number 1 franchise choice on all of them, the system will sign the guy I have ranked #1. Right now if im the #1 franchise on all three of them, I have no idea whom the system will choose to hire. I ether have to be fine with all three choices or withdraw offers and risk not getting any of them.

Have coaches sign in one real life day. Stupid to take as long as it does. Also, sign coaches for up to 3 year deals. Could sign for one, two or three years. Coaches should never ask for next level job unless offered that job.

The longer term contracts solution immediately creates another problem -- less availability for coaches. Imagine if all the FIs are on three year deals and your guy is up and he won't re-sign or he retires. You look out there and the best FI has a 71 fielding IQ. Say good bye to those future SS dreams because those infielders won't develop anywhere near where your scouts said they would.

Biggest issue imo is the "current demands" portion where a AA calibre coach is asking for a BL job @ 1M+.

They'd rather be unemployed than take a AAA job for 300 or 400K?

Eliminate that and the market will take care of itself.

They need more fielding coaches. I would also make every team have a $10 million limit.

Not have coaches ask for higher levels than they really should be asking for. Coach should take best dollar figure offered in minors that is offered, regardless of level.
