The MEAC in D1 Tark is truly a power conference. This year we are #3 in conference RPI and that's about normal. The conference is usually full and has some very legendary coaches. Delaware State has won three national championships in the last dozen or so years. This year we will send 5 teams, at least to the NT and several to the PI. It is a fun group of coaches and has an active chat board where coaches respect and uplift each other.

Duece is retiring from South Carolina State at the end of this season. It is a B prestige right now, so a coach could step right in and be competitive in recruiting.

The Tark World is in the CT now, and Job Applications start on Wednesday 4/21 so if you are interested mark your calendar now.

Huge vouch. We typically are within the top-3 but we’ve ended many seasons at #1 and several at #2.

Some of HDs best are involved - Gillespie just took a squad over, chapel has one of the most dominant dynasties in HD, Benis is finishing up his incredibly strong rebuild, jimmychino and garman bring a wealth of championship experience and maintain consistent success. Several others, including myself, bring competitive rosters year in and year out. The conference is incredibly competitive.

But my favorite part is the CC. The positivity amongst coaches, the discussion about the game (talking about your team, opponents team, specific games, recruiting, etc). It’s a good group of coaches that I love playing with. Y’all should look for the opening this upcoming offseason!
