Quick question. Does each recruits preferences hold the same weight or are some more weighty than others? Does distance pref affect recruiting more than offensive/defense pref or if they want a rebuild or not?

I think the common belief is that playing time, distance, and success are the biggest ones, while the others are less important.

From my experience, distance is most difficult to overcome if you have a significant disadvantage in it.

Could this be because you both have all actions modified negatively and have to spend more money for each monetary action? Or do you think that the modifier is significantly stronger?
