Still hunting my first, this brings me to 0-5 in championship games.

I remember reading somewhere on here about other people with losing records like this but I couldn't find the thread.

You've gone thru enough roasting. Getting to 5 title games and coming up short each time is enough! That stings man. Apparently you have the ability to get there. You'll eventually get over the hump

you'll bring it home next year dude. Keeping Lemmons/Montgomery/Melchor/Borg/Tuller/Payne should be enough.

Keep plugging away. It’ll happen for you. A lot of it is sim luck, honestly. A couple of my best teams have lost in the first 2 rounds. The Oregon team that gave me my only D1 title was not in the top 5 best D1 teams I’ve had, probably not top 10, either.

i think this is just what happens when your AD goes searching for a mascot in the enchanted forest and ignores the 'beware racist antelope' signs. he should have known!

i know the thread you are talking about, i believe stinenavy maintained it, where folks could lament about their struggles getting their first NT. i think the griping could take many forms, # of seasons, NC games, anything. good thread for sure. i am trying to recall the name but i'm coming up empty, hopefully will come up with something later or perhaps this will trigger something in someone else who will remember it more clearly.
