Last year was my 1st year of 3.0. Into my 2nd year now, haven't done any scouting, yet there are a total of 16 players, that I scouted last year, and didn't want who are now back at level 1 scouting JUCOs with 3 years remaining, and in my recruit pool still. Does this mean that every year as I send my assistant out, I am just going to have to waste the money needed to scout all these people back up to level 4 again? Even at $150/player that's $2400 wasted, which is significant on a D3 budget.
