Thanks! I was able to string some great recruiting classes together for about four seasons. Then the inevitable drop off came. We will be less stellar in the coming season...

must be a heck of a conference to win the title a few times, but not even win the CT!

also, are you a Xavier fan? I have seen your user name over the years, and wondered if XU stands for Xavier University ... ?

Different Xavier. I teach at Xavier University of Louisiana, which is in New Orleans. Great school. And it is a great conference (and has been for years). The championship this season was won against a conference mate who beat me in the CT championship. Coulda gone either way in the NT final.

And...only the second three-peat. I had one recently with my other team, DIII Louisiana in Naismith (in another great conference, btw). This was my first three-peat at Beloit, which has been my main team since starting HD way back when.

I played real life D3 in the same conference with Louisiana College, so I'd appreciate if you would not make them nationally dominant in any world lol!
