Have been playing Motion with my current school from the outset. Started converting from M2M to FCP in the middle of last season. Yet my returning sophomores and junior are all still B-/C+ on both.

Couple of games ago, I shoved the practice minutes on both to 45-50 for a couple of games. Didn't really seem to make a difference.

What the heck?!

Diminishing returns starts pretty low, and hits hard up above 25 or so, IOW the difference between 30 and 25 is really minimal. And it grows faster at lower levels (F to D is faster than C to B) anyway, so that’s what you’re seeing here.
