I love doing rebuilds. I recently picked up Midwestern St. (Rupp) and Northern Iowa (Tark). When I was looking for teams, I decided to check the history and noticed that these are a couple of teams that have NEVER won a NT game. So, my goal is to get them to the NT and win a game. Stay tuned for results

I’m doing the same in Smith. Connecticut College is 0-2 in the NT. We’re on target for making it to the NT this season. Winning a game there may be a stretch this season, but you never know.

The plan is once I get that victory, move on to the next 0 NT win team and do it again.

I was looking at Naismith today and thought about it a step further. How many teams haven't even made a NT, let alone win a game in it? Noticed there is only 1 team in all divisions (D1 Jacksonville St).

That is why I picked Linfield as my first school a long time ago. The first 56 years they had never made a postseason, were 3rd lowest in total wins (I believe) and had 3 top 150 RPIs all time (150, 145, 132). Rebuilds at D2/D3 are relatively easier, but it was still cool, at the time, getting them their first postseason appearance.
