Right now, there is very little evidence. We got a little bit recently. So we investigate to see if we can find a conclusive answer.

If you were correct that there is already a ton of evidence for lab leak, such that we basically already know, why would we bother investigating it?

As for the "study," I would strongly suggest you look into the authors. Specifically, the British one. You might find some political motivations. Just saying.

the intelligent people knowing there is a USA intelligence report are waiting to find out if it contains unverified INFORMATION from sources OR highly verified factual information which is EVIDENCE of something or maybe even ultimate evidence on some of the issues being germane and factual and corroborated to a very very high degree of confidence.

second - dear dopes - the virus could have been transmitted from animal to human - IN THE LAB - inadvertently and then it went Jurassic Park and got spread.... so it could be true as most scientists think that it came from an animal and it could also be true that it came from a lab.

meanwhile I can wait for more reporting and disclosure.

Biden would certainly call for more investigation even if the intelligence was only unproven reporting if it came from a top reporter from a top outlet with top notch sourcing which at the least is what there is.
