They are ranked how I currently like them. Speed is 91 on A and 98 on B and 31 on C. The catcher (F) is a 56 on pitch calling.

My thinking is A will be on base all the time and steal a ton of bases. He plays a good 2b or 3b even too. The 1b's and rf's are all stuck in their positions.

Will B get on base/steal more bases than A? Enough to draft at that position?
Will C/D/E produce enough offense to justify drafting before the rest?

It's really close. If A is a kind of OK 2B/3B I'd lean B; if he plays 2B pretty well I'd lean A. Among B/C/D I'd rank them in that order, but it's close enough that things like health, signability, temper (if <10, will add enough HBP to help), and defense (even in their non-defensive positions) factor into play.

On A:
Range 74
Glove 86
AS 67
AA 73

B has 40 makeup and 77 health, while C/D are in mid 70s makeup and mid 90s health. Durabilities all similar.

The 1b's are below avg 1b and the RF are average RF. The Catcher is:
Range 14
Glove 27
AS 75
AA 73
PC 57

87 dur, 97 health, 87 makeup

The third RF with 97 power is perfect IMO. I'm always looking for a guy like that who can make contact, has a ridiculous amount of power and can run and steal bases. I'd put a guy like that on my team all the time. The 2B is above average but I'd rather have a defensive 2B who can hit less.

If I were drafting here is how I would rank them.

RF number 2
2B (mostly because I trust the numbers on a 21 year old over an 18 year old)
1B number 2
RF number 1
1B number 1
Catcher

To me, C looks like a possible future HOF. Why would you ever take B over C, worse against righties and much less power. C and A are close because of A's fielding abilities. It comes down to what you also already have in your system. I would probably go C, A, E. The others are close and would be ranked based on need. I love great hitting catchers that are at least ok to good at throwing and adequate at PC. This one is going to hit for AVG, HR, and OBP. And he's a lefty. The rest I would go F, D, B. I value vsR a lot !!!

I'm taking C all day. That power and eye with a vR in the 70s? Gimme.

I can't argue that logic. If they all hit what their ratings say its all a matter of preference. I rank B higher then E and F due to the eye and base running IQ (if their speed sucks they go right to the bottom of the barrel though). When I see a combo of eye contact and baserunning like that I see a player that will walk and steal 2nd on many plate attempts which I what I ideally look for in a leadoff or 2 spot in my lineup.

With catchers I find I can find offence with them or slide a DH into the C spot so the C isn't really that special unless their arm, accuracy and PC are very high. I'd still be happy to have them but I'd expect to get them somewhere in the middle of the first round of the draft.

I like A and C and that catcher is tempting. Not sure what his arm, PC numbers look like...but would be an extremely productive catcher.
