I am, never had a team with Tony Phillips, Caruthers, Cravath and all those players formerly known as cookies, well I did draft Highball but hey, he only gives you 4 starts and you dump him at the transaction deadline...
I actually specialized in drafting cookie killer teams, the trend was to draft players with very high walks and OBP and pitchers with very low BB/9#, I reacted by drafting hitters with lower OBP but higher AVG# so I'd usually hammer those low BB/9 pitchers since they had a higher OAV# and countered high OBP hitters with very low OAV# pitchers who gave up a little more walks but fewer hits. I don't mind giving up a walk with a man on base but giving up hits results in all runners moving and taking extra bases, so more runs.
Ok, I might not be THE best, but nobody really is, they're are a bunch of good OL players but then again, most of them succumbed to the cookie temptation while I never even considered drafting those players I grew to hate...
