As a Commissioner what would be or is a reason to use the Replace Player Option in a Theme League ?

Someone has an invalid/illegal player is really the only reason

I can also tinker with my team without removing it.

Thank You DoctorKz you are so on top of things in the "Back Office" of Forums and Tests etcetera ... So i tinkered twice and noticed the New Players stats were not Zeroes for the season but were the same or continuation of the replacee ... Very interesting tell me more if anyone knows ... I looked at the Post for Replacement Players for Commissioner and did not have much in the way of details ... I replaced someone at near end of season on purpose so i am thinking the stats were skewed so as not to have an unfair advantage ? ...

It seemed that the New Players actual stats were different as well
