I was just poking around the job openings in DI and noticed that I am qualified for everything except the traditional power conference teams. Not looking to make the jump but I am curious what the criteria is. I was interested to note that I am qualified for a B prestige school but not a D power conference team?

Wow. I guess my pulse is really low. Have completed 10 seasons in this world so again just wondering when I’d be qualified.

In Iba, it’s lack of postseason wins that’s keeping you out of power conference jobs right now. Make a Sweet 16 run, or back to back 2nd round appearances, and I think that will get you in at most B baseline power schools, maybe even some B+, with10+ seasons.
