-You can twist your players, but you must ONLY use 1 of there 1st 3 seasons.
EXAMPLE: You pick the Wizards. M. Jordan is available to you, but you can only use 1 of his 1st 3 seasons in the NBA. Franchises can be used a maximum of 2 times.

No. 1st 3 seasons in the NBA.
Trying to mimic the NBA Summer League. Where you see players within their 1st 3 years.

So basically, the entire league will be comprised of players within the 1st 3 years of their careers.

In! I do think the cap is too high. Also is it one team per player?

Are you asking if you can own more than one team?
As far as the cap, I usually do $47-50. I try to switch it up. I’ve been in too many $47,48s lately I guess.
