I like having recruiting broken up into two sessions. Especially when I was a new coach it allowed me to be more organized and take my time scouting. RS2 is hectic and difficult when taking over a new program, but as Topdog pointed out that’s kind of the nature of the beast.

I liked the idea of two recruiting sessions at first. But overall, it's caused more headaches than it's worth. I'd prefer to go back to 1 session.
