it is a great conference and would be great to fill back up! we usually have 12 coaches, sometimes 11. i think its a particularly good opportunity for 2 types of folks:
1) if you are looking for a challenge - trying to build a high end program on D baseline in a pretty competitive area should fit the bill. the jobs change has seemingly made everywhere competitive, but having a full low major conf which would otherwise be all sims definitely adds to it. there's a tough enough cast of coaches to provide a challenge to anyone. but on the flip side, you avoid the awful conf schedule and conf prestige that makes most low major gigs hard to stay at for very long.
2) if you are looking to learn the ropes or up your game - its definitely trial by fire, but having a group of active, helpful coaches to learn from makes it a pretty great learning opportunity. when i joined my first tough conference it helped my game immensely, its a great way to learn, but you do have to have a bit of thick skin.
