Watching a YouTube video on recruiting and saw a max toggle for recruits. I don’t seem to have this. How do I find or get this?

its a chrome browser extension, i forget who made it, i think the info is here. i don't use it but i knew it was listed in the discord page of useful tools (which is a useful page!)
