I am confused by how to do this now. The customer support link at the bottom of the page takes you a page where you have to sign in, and that page takes you to LeagueSafe. Is that where we submit help requests these days?

Click on Customer Support, click ok, sign in, click on horz lines, submit request. To see current requests, click on image to right of horz lines.
