I've got a pitching staff that's a bit different than what I usually run and I'm not sure of the best way to structure it.

I've got eight potential starting pitchers. However, the best four in terms of skill have the following durability/stamina combos: 22/56, 15/68, 31/63, and 28/59

Then I have two inning eaters, lesser ability levels but durability/stamina combos of 33/88 and 26/97.

The seventh guy is in between the first four and the second pair in ability and has 23/75 durability/stamina.

The eighth guy is not a real candidate to start because he's the worst in terms of ability, but he's out of options and can eat some innings in a pinch with a 23/74 durability/stamina combo.

The other three guys are short relievers who will be 8th/9th inning pitchers.

So with this group of 11 pitchers, how would you set up your staff to get the first four pitchers the most non-fatigued innings possible? I've thought of a variety of ways to approach it but this is an atypical staff for me so I would appreciate feedback from vets on how to proceed. Thanks in advance!

If I had this staff:

Rotation-- Wada (28/59, pitch counts 80/85)
Pagan (33/88, pitch counts 130/145, pull rating closer to 1 than you'd like because you really need him to pitch 230 innings or more)
Ceda (31/63, pitch counts 80/100)
Goya (26/97, pitch counts 120/130 with a pull rating of 4-ish)
Gil (23/75, pitch counts 85/90)

Your two genuinely good pitchers with the challenging DUR/ST, Dawley (22/56) and Wada (15/68), I would use as SuA with pitch counts of 25/35 or something like that. You'll get 120 or so 7th-9th innings in close games out of each, which I would prefer to the 140 or so 1st-4th innings they would give you as starters, especially since they'll generally have less in-game fatigue. Ramos (one of the short guys) is an SuA; the other two short guys are SuB. The guy you find in Rule 5 to replace German is your mopup. You'll almost certainly need a 12th pitcher.

It can work with the right 12th pitcher.
