I play in world Morgan and we have an owner whose current record is 2-92.

He never filled his rosters and every pitcher at the BL level has been 0(0) for a very long time.

We've asked admin to remove him but they refuse because he logs on every 10 days or so just to beat that absentee criteria for removal.

Didn't WIS used to have Fair Play Guidelines which included something about maintaining a healthy roster and a .250 winning percent?

They supposedly told my commissioner that the FPG didn't apply because we went public.

That doesn't make sense does it?

Seems like the FPG would be the bare minimum rules that apply to every world public and private. Then if you went private you could add more rules if you so choose.

Am I wrong?

Note that #1 is expected winning percentage, not actual winning percentage. If his actual is 2-92 I'm sure their expected winning percentage is under .250 as well. It's just a difference that many owners miss when applying the Fair Play Guidelines.

Based on what you laid out, the second criteria would seem to apply: Starting pitching under 50% for 10 straight games. If this is true, make sure to cite this when submitting the ticket.

Just looked over the team - funny thing is his hitting is not bad. But the pitching staff is historically bad: .390 OAV, 3.19 WHIP, and a collective ERA of 17.00!

shobob - make sure you ask support to reset fatigue. I thought they had made an update some it would happen automatically, but last I heard you still have to submit a ticket for it.
