Looks like it’s outside the 1000 mile no-go zone (Commerce, Tx to Annapolis, MD). Until the guidelines and rules are updated, my suspicion is no, this isn’t going to end. If collusion is suspected, instances should be reported. I know most of us would prefer if we could trust WIS at least had a system to internally monitor for collusion on its own, but that likely doesn’t exist right now. Perfect world, collusion is structurally impossible, but that’s even less realistic.
Do these accounts have any specific, credible accusations of collusion reported in the past? If not, then probably best to drop it, other than keeping an eye out for suspicious activity, as we should do wherever it pops up I suppose.
