Been several years since it has happened for me, but two Worlds I am in start recruiting 12/25. Does WIS normally pause that day?

I know they used to pause when recruiting was 3 hour cycles and that was a bit much to enjoy Christmas and have to recruit every 3 hours. With 6 hour cycles and the ability to really get 2 cycles in really close together, it's pretty much 12 hour cycles if you do it right. I like the break from everything to check my teams.
