Time Limits - Owners will get 4 Hours to make a draft pick, and if the owner
uses less than his 4 Hours allotted the next owner in order may go immediately.

Sorry, no the draft is from the entire available player list.
1885 to 2021. For season 1 we will each draft 3 players to start our teams with.
ONLY restriction is No Clones. That won't be a problem since the draft available roster
removes the player, so the owner after can not pick any player that has been drafted already.

Season 1 is 3 drafted players and 60 / 20 Random AAA.
We will add 3 drafted players each season, except season 8 we get 4 drafted players.
That will be a total of 25 drafted players.

Here is a sequence:

This is what we will use as a draft order and each will have 3 picks.
#24 Would be the lucky owner to 1ST for round 1
Then, using the snake would pick 30th in round 2
and 1ST in round 3

#18 would be last of round 1 and 1st of round 2 and last for round 3
Season 2 through 8 will be by salary. Lowest 1st with highest last.

Now, as it is great to pick 1st. with the snake that means 1st - 60th and 61st. for your 3 season 1 drafted players
to use with your 60/20 Random AAA.
My theory is it may be better to be in the middle Round 1 -15th / Round 2 - 45th, and round 3 - 75th.
A more even selection.
