How does signing preference (early, end of RS1, etc.) play into teams recruiting up levels? I feel like I read a little bit about that on another post but can't find it now.

If you're a Division 3 program recruiting Division 2 prospects, or you're a Division 2 program recruiting Division 1 prospects:
- They cannot sign with you during Recruiting Period 1. The highest interest level they will show for you is Medium, though in reality it can get up to very high. If that is the case, and their signing preference is early or end of period 1, they will sign when the first recruiting session runs during Recruiting Period 2. If their preference is "Whenever," there's about a 50% chance they'll sign right away, or it could take a few more runs.

If you're a Division 3 program recruiting Division 1 prospects:
- They cannot sign with you until the last 24 hours of Recruiting Period 2. Interest level will again seem to cap at medium. If their signing preference is early or end of period 1, they will sign with you as soon as you're within that 24 hour window.

Does changing your promised minutes from 15 to 20 in any way negate the multiplied points you had accrued under 15? Does the new promise recuperate them?

And one other question, do hv add to the multiplier effect so that if you know you are going to make promises you would benefit much more by doing them as soon as possible after promises?

I'm only a couple seasons in so maybe more of a seasoned veteran has a better take than this, but...

Increasing promised minutes only seems to be a positive benefit. I think it's an immediate boost and then a slight multiplier moving forward.

I don't believe home visits or campus visits add to the multiplier effect.

And I had always wondered about this: "you can do the 15m promise in the same cycle as other stuff and it will go into effect first." We have confirmation of this. I often have waited a cycle after giving pt before unloading on the hv just to make sure.

Yes, confirmed by many. And also in Adam's most recent discord post that I am aware of. (A couple of weeks ago)
