The Hangover progressive league is entering its 51st (!) season of 1996, and we need to recruit two one new owner.

It a pretty standard progressive league, with a weighted lottery of the bottom 12 teams to determine the first 5 spots of the draft, and then reverse order of previous season record after that. Must win 50 games to get your full slate of lottery balls, and you lose one ball for each win below 50. So for example, if you have the worst overall record and win only 45, you would have 7 lottery balls instead of 12. (You would have to win 39 games to get at least one lottery ball).

It's a pretty fun rebuild team with some future talent (Green, Lieber) and the 3rd overall pick in a 1996 draft that features Jeter, Garciaparra, Rolen, Giles, and Andruw Jones among others.
