If tkarhu0830 ( formerly playing as arvidjosef) wants to join your progressive I highly recommend that you pass on excepting him.

He ran two teams in my progressive and decimated both rosters before leaving as a new season was about to start. He got away with his so called style for a few seasons but as this seasons draft was about to start one team had 6 keepers and the other 7. One team had a 2nd round pick, the other did not pick until round 4. This is a league playing 1909 so the player pool is already limited. By the 4th round all useful players were gone.

Basucally the guy is also just a pain in the ***, who thinks he has an acerbic wit but is really just a passive aggressive *****.

yeah he's been running that scam for years, mortgaging the future for 30 cents on the dollar and then bailing as soon as the team starts going downhill. when you're always showing up in progressives but never staying in the same one for long, it's not a good sign.

to give an example, in a regressive league in the middle of the 1986 season he traded Tom Seaver for Roger Clemens, then left after 1985.

even if he behaved like a grownup, stuff like the above happening repeatedly should be enough for a blacklisting

He is a sociopath.
i played many games against him during the days of live play.
he would habitually duck out during a game, return, leave again.
He also disappeared during a playoff and left us high and dry until the commish had to take over and finish for him.

steve, you might recall that I left a league in its infancy (during the draft) because he had already managed to screw up the draft,
failing to draft after the first round where he had the firs pick, and then justifying it by saying it didn’t matter who he got in later rounds.
i warned you then that this was only the beginning of the trouble he would cause.

That is the same league. Terrible thing is he left these 2 franchises in horrible shape. Will take a few seasons just for them to be competitive.
