Is there an easy way to find where players that you release land?

The best way I know of, is to not delete your emails when the player signs with you from season(s) prior. Once he's signed with his new team, you can go back thru your emails and click his, and it will show him with the new team

One manual way (only possible during recruiting) is to find a transfer. Then adjust the ID at the end of transfer's recruiting profile URL by +/- 1. This will gradually show you every transfer available and should pull up your own cut player(s).
