Anyone know how promised minutes / starts impacts a players decision status if they have no preference for playing time?

If they have no preference, you will still get a 'one time' credit for promising minutes or a start.

If they want playing time as a preference, you will get credit EVERY cycle for the promised minutes/start.

Not to pick nits, here, but isn't is more like a modifier to the efforts you put in after giving the promises? If you have a cycle with no AP's and no other recruiting effort, is there still benefit when there is nothing to modify?

All effort is weighted by all preferences. All effort after promising minutes to reach Good or V Good to a ‘Wants to Play’ recruit will be weighted heavier. A home visit prior to the promise would have less impact than a home visit after the promise.

Promising playing time to a recruit without the preference is a one-time boost.

Someone correct me if I’m full of it.
