How and when can I do this? The first recruiting period has just started in Smith. I've been looking all season for the link to appear somewhere and thought maybe today but still can't find it. Either I'm not looking in the right place or it's not the right time. FYI - Yes, I am renewed for next season.

Right as RS2 started was when I was able to.

yeah, RS2 is the only time you can rescind.

Thanks for the help. It kind of sucks for a coach coming to a new team to be stuck like this this but at least I know how it works now. The FAQ says after the job change process and before signings start for the next recruiting period. Apparently not the current answer.

No that’s accurate. That’s when RS2 is. And I agee. I’m in my second season and year 1 was truly year 0.

yeah, i see how this is confusing but it is technically accurate. there's two recruiting sessions each year, we call them RS1 and RS2 (recruiting session 1/2). the first recruiting session happens in season, you can scout a couple days into the season and then all of RS1 happens during the regular season. you cannot cut players during RS1 at all. after the post season, after the CT and NT/PIT, then you have all the end of season stuff. coaches have to renew, they can apply to new jobs, etc - and after that, then you have 3 days of RS2. during RS2 is when you can cut players, no other time. right after RS2, new coaches to the world can sign up for empty d3 teams, and then the season starts.
