In regards to a recruit’s signing preference, is it more likely a recruit will sign earlier if his preference is early or by the end of the 1st period?

If signing conditions are met (VH or High interest) a recruit with early or end of period one signing preference will sign some time within recruiting session one. Exactly when in that session is variable, with the likelihood increasing for every cycle that passes after the initial signing time.
