I have a FR who I promised a start and minutes to who got injured in a preseason game and is down in the 60s healthwise. Does anybody know how long can I rest him and yet not compromise on the promise? Thx in advance.

The threshold is 60% health. Once they hit 60% they expect their promises to be met.
