I've run and practiced the flex offense and man to man defense singularly for the past 4 seasons since I've come back to Duquesne in Phelan. I believe that these were the sets already in place when I took the job as well. The newest batch of recruits just populated and when a recruit shows a preference for either of these sets it's showing up as Neutral for me. Is that a mistake or is recruiting just becoming continually more broken as we progress?

It’s based the sets you have run during the season. Since Phelan just rolled, you haven’t run any sets yet. As soon as you play a game, these prefs should show as very high.
