I am sure this happens a lot, but I think it is a first for me. My Kentucky team in Rupp is ranked #11 with an 11 RPI, yet we don’t have a single player on the draft big board. Even though its kind of cool, we are clearly playing over our heads and are probably looking at an early NT exit.

Yea, I have been trying to find that sweet spot of players that are good contributors but not good enough to leave early for the NBA in this world. Part of that strategy is necessity as recruiting in the mid-west can be brutal.
