I set the over/under of each team based on the user's wins per season over the last 28 seasons. I round to the nearest .5 (So if you have averaged 44.6 wins, then the over/under is 44.5). I go to the nearest .5 so that there can be no pushes. Only for users who have an exact number for their average wins will I keep it at a whole number. New users to the ODL get an over/under of 34.5 which is the average of all users who have played only one season.
