Is this just completely random?

I've had %s go up by decreasing practice minutes on FTs and vice versa. I've had %s go down by increasing minutes and vice versa. I've had B FT shooters shoot 60% for a whole season and I've had C FTers shoot 80% for a season. Feels pretty random to me, in which case -- why bother with individual ratings or with practice minutes?

Free Throws have always baffled me...I have a hunch that fatigue plays a factor but no proof, only because when I play uptempo style teams my really good FT shooters seem to struggle more

If you watch real college B'Ball games, free throws are always random, except for the real elite FT shooters. So I don't spend a lot of time on that. Money is better spent elsewhere.
