basically nothing, if you aren't going to be changing jobs in the next couple seasons. your reputation will take a hit and make it hard to get d1 jobs, for at least 1, maybe 2 seasons. i think, anyway - i don't know if they softened reputation requirements on d1 jobs when they made the experience portion way easier. i kinda don't think so, but not positive. but regardless - if you are going to try to get a new job soon, i'd avoid it, and if not, its 100% fine.
