The South Carolina State Bulldogs team is open. The MEAC is always one of the top conferences in Conference RPI and has some of the best coaches in the game, and typically sends more than half of its teams to the post season with at least one or two running deep into the NT. It's got great camaraderie on the big board, and stays full most of the time. South Carolina State only had two recruit openings and they were both filled with good players (one being a 4-Star recruit) by the previous coach, and the team currently had a 707 rating at the end of the season, so it is a very solid team - not a rebuild at all.
