Random Year Progressive (RYP)

16 Team Format

This Progressive uses every year in the WIS database. They are chosen randomly.

Drafts:
I draw 20 seasons randomly and those 20 seasons are used as a pool for a Draft.
At the 120 day TD the draft order will be established with a Worst/First to Best/Last order based on W/L record.
Each Team will get to pick 1 of the 20 seasons that were drawn.
The 16 seasons chosen out of the 20 drawn will not be drawn again until all other seasons have been chosen.

There is No IR.
Players will progress 1 season at a time unless they miss seasons due to injury or war, then they will skip over those seasons.

There are no Keeper lists.
You get your new season at the end of the year and draft new rookie (first WIS Season) players from that season, then Cut whoever you want to make room for them.

All Trades are allowed.
If collusion is suspected between 2 owners all future trades between those owners will be put to a vote. You cannot however trade for a player that gives you a Clone,
