I'd try sign out, sign in, refresh your browser. I'm not sure what the issue is...

I had the same problem. Copied and pasted and typed manually. Nothing worked and made my purchase without it. I sent a ticket in...

Make sure there is no space after the 22

The draft center does the same thing in the name block, it won't search correctly if you space...

Yeah I am aware of that in other sites as well but that wasn't the case here. Even tried explorer and got the same thing (I usually use google). Didn't try from my phone, though. In hind sight, I should have tried that, too. Could have at least narrowed it down to a laptop issue, if that is the case.

I'm not sure what support will say but I suspect I may have to bite the bullet and make another purchase if I want to use the credit.
