Hangover Lg needs new owner for 1999 Topic

The Hangover progressive league will be entering its 54st (!) season of 1999 soon, and we need a new owner for our Pittsburgh Franchise.

It a pretty standard progressive league, with a weighted lottery of the bottom 12 teams to determine the first 5 spots of the draft, and then reverse order of previous season record after that. Must win 50 games to get your full slate of lottery balls, and you lose one ball for each win below 50. So for example, if you have the worst overall record and win only 45, you would have 7 lottery balls instead of 12. (You would have to win 39 games to get at least one lottery ball).

The available Pittsburgh team is a very good squad: while it is past its peak as the league's dominant franchise and plays in what is currently a very tough NL Central, it has enough talent that it could continue to battle for playoff spots in the near future with the right owner rebalancing the squad.

The current regular season ends Oct 28, and we should begin drafting within a week or two of that. Please sitemail me if interested.
