Anyone else having trouble accessing the support portal? When I click a request url from the zendesk email, it forwards me to login to sportshub, but then automatically redirects to LeagueSafe's zendesk portal. This doesn't contain my request for WhatIfSports. I can't log in to the WhatIfSports zendesk portal, I can only submit a request.

This happens on an iPad. If you use an iPhone, the page does not forward you to the LeagueSafe’s Zendesk.

i submitted one recently and got an email confirmation but then it never existed in the system and CS never replied. it was weird, i didn't follow up, not too concerned about it, just figured i'd mention it. chrome on windows 10.
